I. Lawn & Landscape Management Mowing Services
Mowing Services
Weekly Mowing: Includes mowing, trimming, and edging of all turf areas, performed every week.
Bi-Weekly Mowing: Includes mowing, trimming, and edging of all turf areas, performed every two weeks.
Shrub & Bed Maintenance Shrub Trimming/Pruning:
Professional shaping and trimming of ornamental shrubs. Flower Bed Maintenance: Weeding, edging, and general upkeep of landscape beds.
Weed Control Programs
*Our programs are designed to suppress and eliminate turf weeds, utilizing dual-action or specializedtreatments.
1. Basic Protection Plan (2 Applications)
Includes: Spring and Fall dual-action treatments (Pre-Emergent + Broadleaf Post-Emergent).
Important Note: This foundational program is highly susceptible to failure. The Pre-Emergent requires \approx 0.5 in of water to activate. Failure to receive this moisture (drought) or excessive rain (washout) will compromise the barrier and lead to weeds. This plan excludes Specialized Post-Emergent control for Hard-to-Control Weeds.
*Note on Grassy Weeds: For grassy weed control, specialized chemical treatments are by request only.
2. Recommended Season-Long Plan (3 Applications)
Includes: Spring and Fall dual-action treatments PLUS the Mid-Season Pre-Emergent Recharge (Application #2).
Value: This plan protects your investment by managing the pre-emergent's moisture requirement (\approx 0.5 in water needed for activation). The Recharge is essential to re-establish the chemical barrier if the initial Spring spray failed to activate (drought) or was washed out by heavy summer rain.
3. Premium Control Plan (4+ Applications)
Includes: Spring and Fall dual-action treatments, the Recharge application, AND two specialized, highly targeted post-emergent sprays.
Value: Our highest-level defense. This plan protects against pre-emergent failure (lack of \approx 0.5 in water for activation or washout) by including a Recharge application AND features two specialized chemical sprays (The Broad-Spectrum Tough Killer) dedicated to eliminating Hard-to-Control Aggressive Weeds that require intensive, specialized treatment.
